What’s a pre-order?
Pre-ordering is ordering an item that is not currently in-stock. This is usually do to the fact that the product is not yet ready and is either pending production or in production. The wait time before receiving a pre-order varies depending on the product and an estimate shipping date will always be included in the description. Payments for a pre-order are made at the time of the order, as for items in stock.
Please note that if you have pre-orders with different delivery dates, the last one will be taken into account and all the products will be sent then. If you prefer getting an order before, please create separate orders.
How does the instalment payment system work?
Your instalment payments are taken on our behalf by a third party payment service provider called Lyra Collect.
If you select the payment plan when you’re placing your pre-order, your payment for the full amount for that item will be broken up into several smaller payments, depending on the number of instalments you chose, and paid over several months before the item is sent to you. You can chose to pay with up to 8 instalments. The item(s) ordered will the be dispatched once all payments have been made.
Payment in 4 instalments are available from a €100 purchase, without shipping, and you can pay in up to 8 times without fees for higher amounts.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order at any point before the item is sent to you but certain conditions apply. To cancel an order, simply contact us by e-mail or call us and tell us your order ID. A confirmation will be asked before the cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment by all the major cards company through our ultra secured payment gateway, Lyra Collect, and also PayPal.
What delivery company do you use?
We offer different delivery options depending on your location. In France, we use Colissimo for home delivery and Mondial Relay for delivery in pick up points. In Europe, we use Mondial Relay for home and pick up point delivery, depending of your country. Mondial Relay doesn’t cover every country in the UE though so please check if this service is available for you.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We currently only deserve Europe and the UK as the shipping costs get really high outside those regions. But feel free to contact our support if you live outside those areas so we can provide you with a customised quote.
How does the loyalty points system work?
You get points every time you make a purchase on the site, but also on special occasions for promotions and other events. Every Euro spent on Yugen Collectibles gives you 2 point. You can then convert your points at the rate of €0.01 per point and use this on your next order.
For example, you buy an item at €99 so you will get 198 points. This means that you’ll gave €1.98 discount on your next order.
I’m looking for a a figure but you don’t have it on your website, is there a chance to get it eventually?
It’s possible that we run out of stock, but sometimes we’re able to order more. If you can’t find what you’re looking, just drop us a line explaining what you are looking for exactly and we’ll do our best to find it for you.
